Ordering
Circle M Studios offers its customers three convenient ways to place an order:
1. Online using our shopping cart facility in the Jewelry Gallery. Simply record the order number assigned by the shopping cart and include this number when you mail in your payment. Your order will be prepared and upon receipt of payment the order will be shipped. Please note that personal checks may require up to 10 days to clear.
2. By telephone at 973-400-1355 ( 8 AM - 6 PM ET / Mon-Fri)
3. By mail to the address shown below

If you are mailing or faxing an order, please download and print the Circle M Studios Order Form. You will need Adobe Reader to print the order form. If you do not have Adobe Reader, you can download a free copy by clicking here.

Be sure to include any special instructions, your preferred method of shipping and if you have been referred to us by a friend so we can properly credit their Circle of Friends account.
Satisfaction Guarantee / Return Policy
Circle M Studios wants its customers to be satisfied with their purchases. If, for any reason, we do not achieve that goal, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. At your option, we will issue a credit, refund, or exchange. Please call before returning the item to obtain a return authorization, otherwise the package cannot be accepted. Original shipping charges and credit card fees (if any) are not refundable on returns. Returned items must be shipped insured in their original condition. Exchanges and/or replacements will be shipped upon receipt of returned item. For health reasons, earrings are not returnable.
